KEY POINTS:

• Use the Free Ends tool to show where members are not connecting
• Any beams that can't be designed will show GREY when you select the Design tab, and their member numbers will be listed.
• If a member is "out of plane" it must be corrected on the CAD drawing and then a new DXF file saved.
